Our church building is rich in heritage. The stain glass windows in our church have been donated and installed over many years. We have windows dedicated to the memory of family members. Some of the windows you see are composed of special sections of glass designs along a theme. These are very interesting to those who take the time to notice. We hope you'll enjoy seeing some of them here. To really appreciate the detail and all the themes, one should plan to visit and take a few minutes to study each window. Great care and thought has been given to the planning and creation of each window.

Some of the windows are double rectangular windows with a semi-circular top window. Within each section you'll see interesting designs.

Glass windows are interesting and exciting because they demonstrate different characteristics under different lighting conditions. Bright light from the outside makes all surrounding it inside appear dark as though the window is under a spotlight. Soft diffused light highlights some of the more subtle characteristics and details of the windows. Different times of the day allow the different 'moods' of the windows to be expressed.

The focus for this window is the anchor and the holy word from the Bible.

Another window of similar layout with different window element designs.

The previous window focused on the alpha and omega and the 'ihs' (in His service) designs in the centre of the window. The window immediately above features circular designs with a dove and a lamb.

In Memory of the late Archibald Blair.

Here is one of our 'single' windows with the rounded top integrated into the entire design.

A closer look at the previous 'single' window shows an interesting insert - a pump organ.

To The Glory of God and in Loving Memory of Eliza Eveline Simpson 1901 - 1992.

The top of another window has four panels forming a semi-circle, with a single rose in each panel.

Daffodils are highlighted in one area of this window.

And another theme shown here is the abundance of the land - shown in wheat.
