To help direct your correspondence to the correct individual or group use the following guidelines:

Attn: Minister
Transfer of membership; counselling; wedding, funeral, and baptism plans or arrangements, scripture, service content, special service, use of sanctuary.

Attn: Treasurer
Church financial standing and church accounts periodic statements, special offerings for special projects.

Attn: Stewards
Special projects planning or in progress, maintenance items, proposed projects, offers of assistance, assistance with spruce-up days.

Attn: U.C.W.
United Church Women activities, catering requests, meeting information, membership, participation or volunteering, special projects or causes worthy of support.

Attn: Choir Director
Special music programs, information on any anthem, suggestions for anthems, appreciation for choir presentations and music.

Attn: Organist
Booking organist for wedding or other special service or event.

Attn: Facilities Coordinator
Reserve the church or a room for any activity. This avoids duplicate booking and disappointment. Preference will be given to church groups and committees.
Church group and committees must book the facilities otherwise another group who has booked will be given preference.

Weddings must first be cleared by the minister. If the minister is not performing the ceremony, the event must still be cleared by the minister first. There is a $100 fee for using the church for a wedding. This is exclusive of any fees or payments to the minister or organist.

Special services using the sanctuary (e.g. cemetery service) must be cleared with the minister first.

Non-profit groups or organizations
can use the facilities without charge but must agree to and adhere to the user guidelines.

Other groups and individuals
requesting to use the facilities must understand there is a charge and the guidelines for use must be respected.
